We advise investors and developers on project feasibility right from the phase identifying land up to the business plan for the asset and including planning management, change of use, processing of retail licenses, analysis of floor areas and market surveys.
We perform project consultancy tasks, including analysis of supply and demand, financial and commercial feasibility, space distribution and retail mix, project cash flow and valuations.
Letting and re-letting
We provide a comprehensive service up to the opening of the Shopping Centre, analysing the type of retail area, designing the retail mix, defining segments of activity and performing the search for the best operators for each project.
Asset management and administration
We add value to the Shopping Centre through proactive comprehensive management, including asset management, real estate, technical and commercial management, optimisation of communal areas and marketing management.
By means of our Due Diligence service, we perform asset audits to enable decision-making on the part of our clients.
We have a technical team specialised in the coordination of exclusive building works assigned to protecting the interests of the landlord and supervising compliance with the technical and aesthetic specifications for each centre.
Investment and divestment
We provide an end-to-end consultancy service for acquisitions, from the identification of opportunities, analysis and determination of the investment volume, up to the commercial and technical due diligence phases, the search for funding and advice on negotiation and closure.
We specialise in the design and structuring of sale processes where key factors are the correct definition of strategy, technical support within the work team itself and the ability to identify and access potential buyers for each asset.
